 Our original plans for a spring drive was to Monterey, VA. A gorgeous area with roads build for 02s. However, the inn in Monterey does not have enough rooms to accommodate us. Therefore, we are planning another destination on the same weekend in the same area. The destination will be close to Monterey, VA, which is in the east central part of Virginia, close to the West Virginia border. This area is near the Cass Scenic Railway, Seneca Rocks, Blackwater and Canaan Valley State Parks. During the trip, we can have a dinner together, and visit some local interest spots. In order to plan a little better, we need to know how many plan to join the trip and stay overnight on Saturday, April 26, 2003. We need to know by the end of January so we can plan the trip to a place that can accommodate us. We can start some caravans from points east, west, north and south when we know who is going.
